Etty Jewelry’s Shop Policies


All the jewelry pieces listed in the shop are designed and manufactured by me. The materials are purchased from the finest suppliers in the jewelry market in Israel.
Items are shipped in a beautiful box, perfect for gift giving. 
I try that the pictures will detail the item as precisely as can be. Never the less, difference in color may occur.
My purpose is to sell my items to a satisfied customer. 
Please do not hesitate to give your remarks or reviews or if you have any questions or requests.


1. Paypal payments are accepted.
2. Buyer can use PayPal to pay with a valid credit card without having a PayPal account.



1. Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address by default. 
2. Shipping to different location is possible. 
3. Three shipping options are available:
3.1. Standard Registered Airmail shipping – the default shipping option. The cost of this option will appear under “shipping” on checkout. Registered Airmail shipping times are between 5-21 business days.
3.2. Express Mail Service (EMS) – this option is available by request. At this option the merchandise is insured.
EMS shipping times are 3-6 business days.
3.3. UPS –this option is available by request. 
       Please contact us using the note-to-seller option during the checkout process if you wish to expedite the shipment of your purchase. We will email you an invoice for the additional costs. 
4. The shipping times mentioned above are only estimates and can take longer depending on customs and security clearance times. The seller will not be responsible for unanticipated delays.
5. If you purchase goods from abroad, Customs Duty and/or Import VAT may be due. It is the customer responsibility to pay those fees.
6. Tracking number for your shipment will be sent to your email address as soon as your purchase has been shipped.
7. Note: Delivery to certain countries allows us to track the shipment only until their departure from state of delivery.
8. Combined shipping for multiple purchases is available.


Refunds and Exchanges

1. Request for return or exchange must be within 5 days of the delivery date. 
2. Request received after 5 days of delivery date, will not be accepted.
3. After a contact has been made a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to the customer. If returned merchandise is sent without a RMA number, the seller can return the     product to the customer or charge a restocking fee. 
4. The merchandise must be in its original condition for a full refund/exchange.
5. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
6. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise 
7. Refunds will be made at the same way the payment was made.
8. Shipping fees are non refundable.
9. A restocking fees of 20% of the item’s price will be charged.
9. Items produced specifically on request and/or custom-sized rings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
10. The seller will make its upmost effort to ensure a prompt refund or exchange. A notification will be sent to the customer to update the status of the process. 
11. We strongly recommend that returned merchandise will be shipped via an insured parcel post for tracking purposes. The insurance should cover the price of the merchandise. 
12. The seller will not be responsible for damage in the event that the return package is lost, or mishandled.
13. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are client’s responsibility.
14. The seller reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.


Additional Policies and FAQs

1. Earrings delivered are new and had never been worn.
2. Jewelry items in the photograph may vary slightly from the item delivered.
3. Our Jewelry items are never exactly alike so each piece is unique!
4. Tiny imperfections are the nature of Handcrafted Artisan Jewelry.
5. Items are described to the best of our knowledge. If any error occurs in a description, it is not intentional.
6. Please let me know if you have any concerns BEFORE leaving a negative feedback. I will do my best to serve you.
